TRAiN: Leaders Raising Leaders

TRAIN is an initiative that brings together 100+ internationally certified John Maxwell leadership coaches from USA, UK, South Africa, Nigeria, Botswana, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ghana, Malawi, and Zambia to train leaders using best-in-class John Maxwell Team courses.

The John Maxwell coaches are experts in leadership with a combined experience of more than 1,000 years working with top corporate organisations. They will be in Kampala from 1 to 7 July 2018 to offer companies like yours subsidised training courses in the areas of Leadership, Strategy and Sales. All proceeds, outside of expenses related to training material, will go to a child care charity called Watoto.

The week-long initiative seeks to ignite a leadership transformation in organisations around the city, training more than 10,000 leaders in 400 companies, while raising funds to further raise the next generation of leaders through Watoto. It is about leaders like you, raising other leaders.

Your participation in this initiative will not only raise the leadership capacity within your organisation, but will also provide much-needed resources to invest in the raising of orphans in the care of Watoto.

As a participating organisation, you will be recognised as a company that believes in transforming society by developing leaders. There will be widespread media coverage that will bring you additional brand value in associating with this CSR initiative.

Every TRAIN participant will be given the opportunity to personally contribute to the rescue and raising of a vulnerable child in Watoto. As an individual or company, you can sign up to monthly sponsorship of UGX 70,000 for one or more of these incredible future leaders, and personally be a part of their transformation.
